Refunds and exchanges

1. All functional pieces are non returnable.  They are quality tested for function before leaving our hands. 

 2. Refunds will be issued only if your piece arrives damaged in shipping and is not replaceable.
We take great care in making sure your glass arrives safely.  Please reach out immediately if your piece is damaged in shipping.  We will do everthing we can to make it right.

Exchanges:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a non-functional piece please let us know within 7 days.
  We will issue an enchange when we receive the returned item.  The cost of shipping the return is on you.
