1. All pieces are shipped for free (USA only), through USPS unless otherwise requested or noted. You will be provided with tracking when your package has shipped.
2. We ship twice per week. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. We are a small business, thank you for understanding!
If you absolutely cannot wait. Please include this in your notes at checkout and we will do our best to work with you.
3. All functional work will require adult age authorization. No exceptions! Do not order pipes if you are under 21.
At the time of delivery you will have to show your ID and sign for your package. We have a no tolerance policy. You will forfeit your delivery and your funds if you are not 21.
